Shift documentation for fleets.
The driver takes photos at the start and end of each shift, the app reads the licence plate and confirms the right vehicle, and damage is marked manually on a damage map. Damage history and shift reports are collected per vehicle, so you skip paper forms and unclear handovers.
How a shift works
Photos at shift start and end
The driver takes the photos on the spot with the camera. The gallery isn't allowed, so documentation always belongs to that shift.
The app reads the plate
The licence plate is read from the photo and confirms the driver is at the right vehicle.
Damage map
The driver marks damage manually on a damage map of the car and attaches close-up photos.
Collected per vehicle
Damage history and shift reports are gathered on each vehicle, ready to look up.
Cleans up on its own
Shift photos with no recorded damage are deleted after 90 days.
